Title Sequence · Motion Design · After Effects
Shadow Agent is a 60-second animated title sequence created as the final project for COSC 21: Foundations of Digital Design at Dartmouth. The assignment challenged us to synthesize everything we had learned — from typography and color to motion and composition — into a short, abstract graphic sequence that could stand on its own.
I approached the piece with inspiration from vintage spy thrillers, aiming to create suspense and intrigue through minimalist figures, bold silhouettes, and sharp kinetic transitions. A major focus of this project was timing visual effects to the soundtrack — using motion, pacing, and visual rhythm to heighten the narrative tension.
